Even one off big end pins and bearing rings can be produced from a used sample.

On many occasions we can manufacture the pin and ring to work with a modern steel cage roller bearing.

Although the cost can seem prohibitive, race quality con-rods can be produced from solid.

These are subjected to a series of heat treatments depending on style and application.

If that wasn’t enough we make crankshaft flywheels for press-up crankshafts too.  European championship winning to add to that. (Talent also required!)

Not forgetting the press-in main-shafts.

Small custom two stroke cranks have been manufactured as well with integral main-shafts.

Crank-shaft grinding is sub-contracted out at the moment, but everything is checked and measured to PES standards before despatch.
