Made from 3.9mm thick S275 structural steel.
These have been fibre laser profiled to PES drawings.
They have been stripped of millscale and deburred with vibrofinishing.
The holes have been closed up to provide a better fit and less vibrations.
Although we believe they are ready to paint and fit, it is always worthwhile doing a trial fit beforehand.
