These are our big end kits to fit a standard BSA B44....but with a difference.

We use silver plated bearings to start with....much better than the steel cage 

Our big end pins with nuts are manufactured here on site, then heat treated and then back to our premises to be ground.

Many big end pins out there are are not the correct length, resulting in the incorrect spacings of your flywheels, only to later discover that your crank no longer fits in your casings.

Our big end liners are also manufactured on site. Once fitted to your existing conrod, it will need honing to size with the pin and bearing

Our silver plated bearings are also suitable to replace the original steel cage bearing.

These are for use with the standard 38mm connecting rods

If you wish, we offer a service to fit and finish the big end ring or you can send in your crank for a complete service and ultra sonic clean, along with fitting the kit.

Balancing service also available if piston is also supplied
